Admission Terms & Conditions
Admission Process
Students must provide the following at the time of admission:
- Scanned copy of a valid address proof (Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or Aadhaar Card)
- Recent passport-size color photograph
- Payment of the admission fee
General Rules
- No guests/visitors are allowed in classrooms, labs, or the library.
- Students are responsible for conserving electricity and water.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the institute.
- No food or drinks in classrooms, labs, or the library.
- Complaints must be submitted in writing or by email.
- Personal belongings are the student’s responsibility; the institute is not liable for loss/theft.
- Any damage caused to institute property must be compensated financially by the responsible student.
- Changing class schedules requires written permission.
- Students must not configure or move network devices in the lab without trainer approval.
Course Fees
- All fees are non-refundable.
- Monthly installments are due by the 10th of each month.
- A late fine of ₹250/day applies after the 10th.
- Students become defaulters after the 15th if payment (including fines) is not made and will be barred from attending classes until dues are cleared.
- Extended absences (three or more consecutive classes) require prior written notice.
- Uninformed absences for four or more consecutive classes may result in drop-out status.
- A ₹1,000 rejoining fee applies to resume classes after drop-out.
- An ₹590 fee is required for the evaluation exam and certificate.
- Certificates are issued based on evaluation exam results.
Final Disclaimer
Nothing in these terms will:
- Limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Limit or exclude liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Limit or exclude any liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
